Tiffany is an experienced acupuncturist with over 10 years of clinical experience. She graduated with First Class Honours from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, where she trained in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element acupuncture.

She takes time to understand the wider picture of a person’s health - looking beyond individual symptoms to understand how different aspects of their health may be connected.

Tiffany has a particular interest in women’s health, fertility and IVF, endometriosis, PCOS, hormonal health and perimenopause, and has undertaken extensive specialist training in these areas. Over the years she has supported many individuals and couples through fertility challenges, both when trying to conceive naturally and alongside assisted fertility treatment such as IVF.

She also regularly works with people experiencing stress and anxiety, headaches and migraines, digestive problems, sleep difficulties, pain and more complex or longstanding health concerns.

Tiffany’s approach is warm, thoughtful and considered. She aims to create a calm, supportive environment where patients feel heard, comfortable and confident in their care.

Before becoming an acupuncturist, Tiffany studied Modern History at Trinity College Dublin and spent eight years working in corporate responsibility and social marketing in the UK and overseas. A longstanding interest in complementary medicine, together with her own experience of acupuncture, ultimately led her to retrain in Chinese medicine.

Tiffany is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and is fully insured.
